The proactive management of health and safety in Australian workplaces is a statutory requirement of all employers to provide and maintain a working environment to ensure employees are not exposed to hazards. The purpose of this induction module is to provide information based training for each field of work. This induction module is structured to provide Trades Labour Hire employees with an outline of workplace policies, processes and requirements towards best practice. The information within this induction is derived from current statutory and subsidiary legislation including national Australian Acts, Regulations, Codes of Practice, Standards and Guidance Materials.
